Seven stages, start to finish.
An employer raises a requirement and we work it through to deployment. Each stage produces its own documentation.
Talent sourcing
Once the job order is approved, the requirement is advertised and matched against our existing pool of pre-qualified applicants.
Candidate screening
Initial interviews, trade testing where the role calls for it, and qualification matching against the employer's specification.
Employer selection support
Interview coordination at our office, or at a venue the Department has authorised, with scheduling and staffing assistance while the employer selects.
Documentation processing
Government documentation, visa processing and employment requirements, handled by the agency.
Medical & training coordination
Medical examination at a DOH-accredited clinic of the worker's choice, once hiring under an approved job order is reasonably certain; any required testing; and the mandatory pre-departure orientation seminar.
Deployment management
Travel processing, exit documentation and arrival coordination with the employer.
Post-deployment support
Continued contact with both the employer and the worker, and a route for either to raise an issue.
